"You will marry a person who has had years of life before he met you. He has been hurt, has failed, has struggled. He has scars. He won't be perfect.

There will be so many days where he won't be your better half, that's when you have to be his. And When you aren't his better half, he should be yours.

As you get to know more about each other, you will learn things that you may not like. He will grow and change, as will you. But understand that he too will learn things about you that he may not necessarily like.

As his wife, you should strive to grow together and learn to accept each other's flaws. Don't drop the pin at the first problem you run into. Don't run. Work things through. He's just as flawed as you are. Meet each other halfway.

Ego has no place in a marriage. Comparison, too.

Marriage is a committment, honor it with all your heart."
